Health.com recently came out with a list of six ways to eat healthy for less. After reading through these, I realized that I could save more by listening to their advice. So on our shopping trip next week, we will be putting some of these tips to the test. Here are their strategies:
- Don’t be too strict with your list.
- Be picky along the perimeter.
- Buy naked produce.
- Snag fresh foods at clubs.
- Shop online.
- Know where to scrimp.
